The shipment of your package
Packages are usually sent within 2 days of receipt of payment and are shipped via GLS with tracking and delivery without signature. If you prefer a delivery with GLS Extra with signature required, an additional fee will apply, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever type of shipping you choose, we will provide you with a link to track your parcel online.
Shipping costs include handling charges, packaging and postage. Handling costs are fixed, while transportation costs vary depending on the total weight of the shipment. We recommend that you group your items in one order. It is not possible for us to group two separate orders placed separately, therefore shipping costs will be charged for each of them. Your package will be sent at your own risk, but special care is taken in case of fragile items.
The boxes are suitably large and your items are well protected.
The shipment of the goods will be made at the expense of the Customer, by GLS courier, to the address indicated in the online order.
No responsibility can be attributed to F.I.R. Sas di F.I.R. SERVIZI Srl SOCIETÀ BENEFIT in the event of delay or other inconveniences in delivery.
The carrier will make two attempts to deliver the products to the address indicated by the Customer. In the event that the attempts are unsuccessful and the Customer does not take steps to recover the shipment from the courier, the goods will be returned to F.I.R. Sas di F.I.R. SERVIZI Srl SOCIETÀ BENEFIT, at the expense of the Customer. These amounts will be deducted from any reimbursement due to the Customer by F.I.R. Sas di F.I.R. SERVIZI Srl SOCIETÀ BENEFIT.
Upon arrival of the goods, Customers must carefully inspect the package before affixing a signature as proof of delivery of the shipment. The F.I.R. Sas packages of F.I.R. SERVIZI Srl SOCIETÀ BENEFIT are carefully packed in a cardboard package sealed with scotch tape. If, for any reason, the package appears to have been tampered with or if the adhesive tape is not intact, Customers are asked to sign the receipt with reservation, or to refuse the delivery giving reasons. Once the delivery document has been signed, the Customer may not oppose any objection regarding the external characteristics of the products delivered.
The customer undertakes to verify the correctness of his data, including delivery, and to immediately notify F.I.R. Sas di F.I.R. SERVIZI Srl SOCIETÀ BENEFIT of any corrections or changes. Possible increases in costs caused by errors in the data not reported in a timely manner will be borne by the Customer. If the customer realizes that he has purchased a spare part by mistake, he can return it within the allowed terms with the charge of the shipping costs to be paid by the customer. If for any reason the shipment cannot be successfully delivered to the address provided by the Customer in the commercial contract, the package will be returned to the sender at the expense of the Customer himself. These amounts will be deducted from any reimbursement due to the Customer by F.I.R. Sas di F.I.R. SERVIZI Srl SOCIETÀ BENEFIT.
Is it possible to return the goods?
Right of withdrawal (right recognized only in the case of a consumer pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 206/2005)
If for any reason the Customer is not satisfied with their purchase, the intact and unused items can be requested for return, within 14 days of delivery of the shipment.
In such cases, the Customer must send a request for return to the address info@autoricambifir.it promptly and in any case within 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract. The e-mail must specify the codes of the items you intend to return and the compensation desired: exchange with another similar spare part, or the request for a simple refund of the price paid for the goods ordered and intended to be returned. Once the return request has been receivedF.I.R. Sas di F.I.R. SERVIZI Srl SOCIETÀ BENEFIT will send the Client a written confirmation.
In any case, written confirmation by F.I.R. Sas di F.I.R. SERVIZI Srl SOCIETÀ BENEFIT to the return, the Customer must return the goods within the following 10 days, at their own care and expense.
If, for any reason, the seller does so, it is understood that the costs will remain at the expense of the customer and will be charged to the same and that the seller will collect them by GLS courier or in any case another courier of his choice. The cost of the return shipment of the spare part will be deducted from the final refund due to the Customer or in any case charged to the same, together with the new shipping costs, in case of replacement with another part. In case of return of the piece, the re-credit will be visible on the statement of the Customer's credit card and / or current account, or of the PayPal circuit, after a minimum of 30 days from the date of refund. This timing may vary depending on the banking circuit used.
If the Customer wishes to arrange for the return of the spare part personally, or through a different courier, he must send the goods to the F.I.R. Sas headquarters of F.I.R. SERVIZI Srl BENEFIT COMPANY – Via Varini 108 – 38068 Rovereto (TN) within 10 days of the written authorization sent to the Customer. In all the above cases, shipping and return costs will be borne entirely by the Customer.
The right of withdrawal is in any case subject to the following conditions:
- The spare part can only be returned if it is unused, not disassembled, not damaged, nor tampered with.
- Spare parts must be returned within ten days of confirmation of return.
- The shipment will be at the total risk and responsibility of the Customer and in case of loss or deterioration, even for reasons attributable to the courier, no refund/replacement will be made.
Return for defective goods dispute
- In the event that the Customer receives goods that he claims to be defective, or in the event that errors occur in shipments by F.I.R. Sas di F.I.R. SERVIZI Srl, the Customer is required to make the spare part available to the courier that will be indicated to him and in the manner that will be provided to him, not disassembled, not damaged, nor tampered with, no later than the terms of the law.
- F.I.R. Sas di F.I.R. SERVIZI Srl SOCIETÀ BENEFIT reserves the right to ask for photographic evidence, before authorizing returns for goods disputed as defective or incorrect. It is understood that the return authorization will not constitute, in any way, acknowledgement of responsibility or acceptance of the customer's requests, by the seller, given that, at that time, the same will not yet have had the opportunity to check the spare part.
- All spare parts, once returned, will be inspected by F.I.R. Sas di F.I.R. SERVIZI Srl SOCIETÀ BENEFIT and, in order to make the warranty operational, they must comply with the parameters listed in the general terms and conditions procedure, accepted by the customer at the time of online confirmation and also available on the www.autoricambifir.it website.
- F.I.R. Sas di F.I.R. SERVIZI Srl SOCIETÀ BENEFIT will not legitimately proceed with any replacement/refund in cases where the return does not comply with all the terms and conditions above, those provided for by law and does not have any defects, defects or errors.
It is specified that, in the event that a spare part disputed as defective is not defective, as ascertained following the appropriate checks, or the conditions of dispute and return have not been respected, F.I.R. In these cases, it is understood that, if the customer receives a replacement part, he will only be responsible for the shipping costs of the first replaced part under warranty, if instead he receives a refund of the fee, he will also be refunded the shipping costs of the non-compliant or defective part. In any case, the buyer will not be paid any other amounts or expenses, not even by way of packaging, assembly, disassembly, vehicle stoppage or other, nor by way of compensation for damages or indemnities, which he expressly waives.
- If the customer has mistakenly selected an incorrect spare part,
the same can be returned to F.I.R. Sas di F.I.R. SERVIZI Srl SOCIETÀ BENEFIT, with the charge of the shipping costs to be paid by the customer, always in accordance with the previous clauses.
PACKAGE ACCEPTANCE
PLEASE CHECK THE PACKAGE AND IN CASE OF ANY PROBLEMS ACCEPT THE DELIVERY ONLY WITH ''SPECIFIC RESERVATION'' AND SPECIFY THE DEFECT FOUND. IF YOU BELIEVE THAT THE DAMAGE HAS COMPROMISED THE MATERIAL, DO NOT ACCEPT THE PACKAGE BUT SEND IT BACK BY INFORMING US BY EMAIL OR PHONE.
ENGINES AND GEARBOXES ARE SHIPPED ON WOODEN PALLETS, SO WE ASK YOU TO EQUIP YOURSELF FOR THE UNLOADING OF THE GOODS ONCE AT THEIR DESTINATION.
THE SHEET METAL IS SHIPPED THROUGH SPECIAL WOODEN CRATES, THUS PREVENTING THEM FROM BEING COMPROMISED DURING TRANSPORT. THIS MAKES THE SHIPPING COST HIGHER BUT ENSURES SAFE SHIPPING.
